Emagine is seeking a Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Business Analyst to join a collaborative and fast-paced project environment in Porto. This role is ideal for a junior professional looking to grow within Salesforce Marketing Cloud while developing both technical and business analysis skills.
You will support transactional messaging solutions and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Scrum team. This position combines hands-on work in Marketing Cloud with requirement gathering and translation, requiring strong communication skills and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Support transactional email setup, including template creation, adjustments, validation, and configuration
Update templates and coordinate content changes for transactional messaging solutions
Assist in the creation and maintenance of transactional journeys
Provide 3rd level support for production issues related to transactional topics
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Scrum team
Help refine and detail product backlog items
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories
Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
You Bring:
1–2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Basic knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand business needs
Experience or exposure to handling production issues
Nice to Have:
Experience with transactional messaging solutions
Familiarity with Scrum / Agile methodologies
Understanding of user story creation and backlog management
Location & Eligibility:
Candidates must be based in Portugal
Hybrid / on-site role in Porto (Portugal)
