Junior / Senior Cyber Security Engineer

Job Description:

• Provide Installation, Technical Support, Maintenance and trouble shootings to customers for Cyber Security Solution

• Provide phone and email support service to external customers.

• Provide on-site support on technical incidents/problems reported by customers, follow through the case from problem analysis, resolution, to the proper closure of the incident

Qualification:

• Thai Nationality.

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field

• At least 3 + years’ experience in Cyber Security.

• Must have in-depth knowledge in SSE (ZTNA, CASB, DLP, SWG) and AI Security

• Must have strong in English skills; Speaking, Listening, Reading,

• Skyhigh, Trellix, zScaler Certificate would be advantage

• High ability to learn new technology

• Professional certifications are an advantage (i.e. SECURITY+, CySA+, CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar)
