Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D layouts, elevations, and 3D computerized perspective drawings to support design development
• Curate material palettes, finishes, and color schemes that reflect the company’s signature aesthetic
• Coordinate with senior designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate translation of design intent into execution
• Conduct site visits to take measurements, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Apply standard design software and integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and innovation

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software such as Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and appreciation for high-quality spatial design and lighting
• Exceptional time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
