Junior Service Advisor

Honda of Los Angeles is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Service Advisor to join our Service Department. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is interested in building a career in the automotive industry. The Junior Service Advisor serves as a liaison between customers and the service team, helping ensure an exceptional service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery.

This position offers hands-on training, bonus opportunities, and a clear path for advancement into a full Service Advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs
• Help explain maintenance recommendations and repair services
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians
• Assist with appointment scheduling and service follow-up
• Maintain accurate repair order documentation
• Support Service Advisors and management with daily operations
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the service visit

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

Schedule & Compensation

• $18.50-$20.00 per hour
• Bonus opportunities available
• 40-hour work week
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Flexible schedule availability required
