Junior Showroom Sales Consultant (Window Solutions) — Training Provided

About us
Endo Grilles has designed and installed invisible grilles, zip blinds, roller blinds, curtains and window restrictors for Singapore homes since 2017. Our showroom is at 3 Guillemard Road, near Kallang MRT. We’re growing our showroom team and will train the right person from scratch.

What you’ll do
You’ll learn to own each customer from first enquiry to final review:

• Pick up assigned enquiries from our sales board, key in the details and respond the same day
• Learn our products and explain the differences clearly and honestly
• Prepare quotations from floor plans and measurements, with guidance from senior consultants
• Invite customers to the showroom and, once trained, run demos yourself
• Follow up on the board’s schedule until the order is signed
• Liaise with operations on survey and installation dates, follow up on final payment and request a Google review

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (retail, F&B, service, telesales or similar)
• Enjoys talking to people and patient with questions
• Reliable, punctual and organised; you follow the board’s follow-up schedule without being reminded
• Good spoken and written English; fluency in spoken Mandarin is a strong advantage, as many of our showroom customers prefer to discuss their home in Mandarin
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and learning new tools

What we offer

• 5-day work week: Tuesday to Saturday or similar, with Sundays and one fixed weekday off every week
• No cold calling. Around 10 warm enquiries a day come in through our website, ads and WhatsApp, shared across the team and tracked on our sales board with a set follow-up schedule
• Basic salary $2,200–$2,400
• Commission on every closed sale, uncapped, paid the month after final payment is received. Guaranteed $500/month commission for your first 3 months while you learn; our consultants typically earn $1,000/month once trained
• Full product and sales training with a clear path to Senior Consultant
• Annual leave, medical benefits and CPF contributions
