Junior Site Supervision Architect

ACE Moharram & Associates is hiring a Junior Site Supervision Architect to join our team in New Cairo.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works on site and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor the progress and quality of architectural works.
• Coordinate with contractors and relevant project teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Review architectural works and identify discrepancies or non-conformities.
• Follow up on site activities and ensure proper implementation of architectural requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth execution and minimize clashes.
• Participate in site meetings and follow up on required actions.
• Prepare and maintain relevant site reports and documentation.
• Escalate technical or execution issues when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in architectural site supervision.
• Strong understanding of architectural construction and site execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
