Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will work and support content creation, social media management, and organic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing organic social media marketing campaigns.
- Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Design social media posts, stories, and marketing creatives using Canva and AI-powered design tools.
- Support the management of content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Use AI tools to generate captions, social media copy, and content ideas
- Create AI-assisted visuals and graphics for social media content.
- Keep up with social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Assist in scheduling posts and maintaining consistency across social media platforms.
- Support community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and general inquiries when required.
- Continuously learn and explore new AI tools to improve content creation and productivity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
- 06 months to 1 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing
- Basic understanding of organic social media marketing and content planning.
- Proficiency in Canva for designing social media posts and marketing creatives.
- Familiarity with content calendars and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Eagerness to learn new AI tools, automation, and emerging social media trends.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and current social media trends.
