Junior Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-ready Junior Content Creator cum Social Media Specialist to create engaging content and help grow our brands' presence across social platforms. You will be one of the faces and voices of our brands, so comfort in front of the camera is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Create reels, short-form videos, posts, and captions for brand social media accounts.
• Appear on camera as the face/voice of the brands in reels, brand videos, and shoots.
• Shoot and edit basic photo and video content.
• Assist in managing and growing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other handles.
• Support the content calendar and post consistently.
• Keep up with trends, audio, and formats, and adapt them for our brands.
• Track basic performance metrics and share insights for better engagement.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in content creation or social media handling (internships and personal projects count).
• Confident, articulate, and comfortable on camera.
• Professional, polished, and camera-ready presence.
• Good understanding of Instagram, trends, and analytics.
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Good communication and creativity.
• Portfolio, sample reels, or a personal page showing your work.

Good to Have:

• Your own social media community or personal page with an active following.
• Experience creating content as a creator or influencer.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Experience with brand collaborations.
