Junior Social Media Strategist (Delhi Based)
Compensation: ₹4L – ₹6L
L&H is new-age full-suite brand strategy and communication agency based out of Delhi / Bombay. We position ourselves as content strategy experts for always-on social channels of today. Our clients include UNO, District, Lenskart, Ferns N Petals, P&G, Times of India, Hyatt hotels and India's hottest D2C brands - Anaar luxury shoes, Lino Luxury linens, Asaya Skincare, Aroma Magic by Blossom Kocchhar, Gush Beauty, Isak Fragrances and many more.
Role Description
This is a hybrid modern-day role that synthesises the strengths of brand management + social media management + client management. You will learn to drive brand metrics across social media. This role is for a fresher with atleast 1 year of work ex. This is a client facing role and requires excellent interpersonal skills.
This for anyone who wants to build a career is social media marketing and brand strategy at large. About 70% of your work is client liaison and social media delivery management. The remaining 30% is where you start developing your strategic instincts — learning to read briefs, understand brands, and eventually contribute to planning. You won't be thrown in the deep end, but you will be expected to grow fast.

You will need to be absolutely comfortable with the hectic pace of the always-on world of social media since all your strategy and comms will be rolled out on social media. NOTE: This is not a creative role. Also this is a client facing role that involves client management - so be prepared for everything from great presentations to stress and escalations
You will need to have a strong take on:
Consumer & brand strategy - Research, competitive analysis, insight development and brand planning Media mix - which channel of social to employ, what content mix across reels, CTAs works best to drive conversion, visibility, CTR and other KPIs. Know Instagram and YT features in and out.
Client liaison & delivery - 70%
Day-to-day client communication, status updates, approval follow-ups, feedback documentation, timeline tracking, and making sure deliverables move without friction
Be the first point of contact for day-to-day client queries — responsive, clear, and always on top of where things stand Track and maintain content calendars, approval trackers, and campaign timelines — flagging delays before they become problems Document client feedback accurately and route it to the right internal team with context — not just a forwarded message Support the Group AM in preparing status reports, meeting notes, and internal briefings — building the habit of making information easy to act on Coordinate across creative, production, and strategy to keep deliverables moving — you're the one who knows the status of everything at any given moment

Brief reviews, campaign research, cultural trend tracking, analytics support — building the muscle you'll need to grow into a fuller strategic role
Culturally cued in - Be highly aware of creator ecosystem, trends on social, new brand launches and be an obsessive reader of marketing news Do cultural and competitor research to support campaign planning — track what's trending, what brands in the category are doing, and flag interesting creator activity Sit in on strategy and planning conversations — you're here to absorb, ask questions, and gradually take on more ownership as your understanding grows. You will join meetings with senior stakeholders CMOs, Brand Heads and Founders of our client brands. Pull and compile monthly analytics reports — learning to read what the numbers mean for the brand, not just what they are

This role has a clear growth path. In 12–18 months, a strong Junior Brand Account Manager at L&H will have started owning briefs, contributing to campaign strategy, managing their own client relationships independently, and taking on more of the planning work currently owned by the Group AM. We'll tell you clearly what that progression looks like in your first month.

Eligibility
Prior experience of atleast 1 year working with an D2C brand and having a strong social media component to have an understanding on performance metrics & analytics. Should have excellent knowledge of excel, should be good with data reporting, be an on-trend reader of prominent marketing & brand publications Be great at managing client relationships, interaction and meetings Strong planning and daily work management skills - be thoroughly organised.
