With demand for his services continuing to grow, he is looking to bring on his first employee, a motivated Junior Software Developer who is eager to learn, build quality software and develop their career under the guidance of an exceptional technical mentor.

The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, building practical solutions that solve real business problems. You'll contribute to a variety of client projects, with exposure to AI-enabled solutions, automation, application development and front-end experiences.

We're looking for someone with solid foundational software development skills, strong hands-on coding ability and a natural interest in front-end development, UI/UX and creating intuitive, visually appealing applications. Your programming language is less important than your fundamentals, curiosity and willingness to learn. Whether your experience is in TypeScript, PHP, Ruby, Python or another language, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your technical capabilities while learning how to design, build and maintain quality software.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet most of the following criteria:
• Foundational software development skills, with hands-on coding experience in one or more programming languages.

• An appreciation for clean code, intuitive user experiences and building quality software.
• Curiosity about AI and how it can be applied to solve real-world business problems.
• A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to learn from an experienced mentor.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
