Junior Software Developer (Java)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.

• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

• Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

• Collaborate QA engineers, and other developers using Agile methodologies.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvements.

• Provide technical documentation and support during implementation and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in software development is preferred; fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, from basic to advanced.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Required Technical Skills

Basic to advanced knowledge of:

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

• Java

• C++

• Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL)

• Oracle Database

• Agile software development methodologies

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience or familiarity with any of the following is an advantage:

• Dynamic Link Libraries (DLLs)

• Hardware integration and device communication

• Image recognition or computer vision technologies

Work Arrangement

Hybrid work setup.

• Must be willing to report to the Bulacan office and other project sites as required.

• Candidates who can start ASAP are highly preferred.
