Software Engineer (AI & Full Stack)

About the Role

We’re looking for curious builders who want to create the next generation of AI-powered software. At DoBeyond, we don’t just build software—we build intelligent AI platforms that help universities and enterprises transform how they work. As part of our engineering team, you’ll use modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Large Language Models to design, build, and ship production-ready features faster than traditional software teams. You don’t need years of experience. If you love building things, learn quickly, and are excited by AI, we’ll teach you the rest. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Build

You’ll be involved in building our next-generation AI platform across areas such as:

AI Agents and autonomous workflows
Conversational AI applications
Multi-agent orchestration
Enterprise AI solutions
Modern SaaS web applications
AI-assisted software development pipelines

You’ll work closely with our founders and product team to turn ideas into production features used by real customers.

What You’ll Do

Build AI-Native Software

Develop production-ready web applications using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
Build AI agents powered by Large Language Models. Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic and other AI models into our products.
Design workflows that combine AI reasoning with business processes.
Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship new features.

Full Stack Development
Develop modern frontend applications using React and Next.js.
Build scalable backend APIs using Python (FastAPI) or Node.js. Work with databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Debug, optimise and continuously improve product quality.

Learn Modern AI Engineering.
Instead of writing everything manually, you’ll learn how to:

Collaborate effectively with AI coding assistants.
Design prompts that generate production-quality code.
Review and improve AI-generated code.
Build software faster using AI-native development practices. Balance speed, quality, and engineering best practices.

Requirements
Must Have

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Comfortable with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java or C#).
Basic understanding of software engineering principles.
Familiarity with Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
