This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in 6 countries, including United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand.
Pay: $150–$200/hr

About the Role the company is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire junior software engineers from top companies. You'll evaluate AI-generated code, create challenging engineering problems, and help push model performance on real-world software tasks.
Scope of Work
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design
- Write challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases
- Review model reasoning on architecture, debugging, and system design
- Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 3 years
- Based in an English-speaking country
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing
