Who we are: SmartDocs — a bootstrapped, profitable GovTech/SaaS company (HQ: Pennsylvania, engineering brain: Hyderabad). We build procurement & contract lifecycle software for U.S. government clients. SOC 2 & ISO 27001 certified — we don't play about security.
What you'll do: ✅ Build and ship real features using Claude & Claude Code — AI is your teammate, you're the main character
✅ Turn requirements into working applications, not toy projects
✅ Review every line of AI-generated code — if you can't explain it, it doesn't ship ✅ Learn to integrate the Claude API into production-grade products
What we need:
🔹 Final-year students or fresh graduates (college projects, hackathons, side hustles — all valid)
🔹 Strong fundamentals: logic, APIs, databases
🔹 Receipts required — GitHub links or demos of things you've built with Claude
🔹 Chronically curious. Allergic to "that's not my job."
Bonus points: Claude API, MCP, Java/Spring Boot, MongoDB, Azure/AWS
