Junior Software Tester (Automate)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and improve existing Test Scripts, or create new Test Scripts based on system requirements and test scenarios.

• Perform software/system testing according to Test Scripts and analyze defects identified during testing.

• Prepare test results, defect reports, and test summary reports.

• Review and provide guidance on the work of Software Test Engineers to ensure testing quality and compliance with testing standards.

• Record and maintain test execution data and provide test status/results to the Test Leader.

• Participate in testing team meetings to communicate and clarify system changes that may impact the software/system development and testing processes.

• Collaborate with System/Deployment Engineers to install and configure systems on various test environments and ensure test execution is performed correctly.

• Maintain accurate records of work activities in the Time Sheet System.

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

• Analyze automated test results, troubleshoot test failures, and work with development teams to identify and resolve defects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in Test Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Automated Testing Tools, such as: Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress
- Programming experience in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Good knowledge and practical experience with SQL.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
- Experience in designing and maintaining test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with QA, Developers, Test Leaders, and Deployment/Infrastructure teams.
