Junior Solution Engineer

Bachelor’s degrees in computer science / engineering / IT related course, etc.

REQUIRED YR(S) OF EXPERIENCE:

• Has at least 5 (five) years of relevant experience

• Experience in a pre-sales, technical support, or IT consulting role.

• Understand the common sales methodologies and best practices.
  Must have interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills, since solutions engineers usually work in teams and must interact frequently with customers in order to determine what these customers need.

• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• A strong, broad technical background on security system solution.

• Must have entrepreneurial spirit that enables you to face new challenges with confidence, take ownership of responsibilities, and innovate as a regular part of your day.

• Ability to conduct research into a wide range of security product.
  

• Willing to travel and work for long hours.
