Junior Solution PM / Business Analyst
Summary
Junior business analyst / junior solution PM supporting client-facing data, AI, and digital projects: gathering and documenting client requirements, doing basic business and data analysis, preparing reports and PowerPoint materials, and coordinating internal delivery teams. Core tools are Excel and PowerPoint, with bilingual English/Mandarin communication required.
Salary: $25 – $30 per hour
About the role
We are looking for a Junior Solution PM / Business Analyst to support client-facing projects across data, AI, and digital solutions.
This role is suitable for someone with a background or interest in statistics, commercial analysis, business analytics, or data analysis, who would like to grow into a client-facing solution and project delivery role.
You will work with senior team members to understand client requirements, prepare project documents, support analysis work, and coordinate with internal delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
Support client meetings, requirement discussions, project updates, and follow-up communications.
Help organise client requirements into clear notes, task lists, process flows, and project documents.
Assist with basic business, data, and commercial analysis, including reviewing trends, comparing performance, and summarising findings.
Prepare meeting notes, requirement summaries, project updates, analysis outputs, and PowerPoint materials.
Work with internal teams, including product, development, data, AI, and testing teams, to follow up on tasks and project progress.
Track open issues, action items, client feedback, and project changes.
Support client demos, UAT preparation, feedback collection, and handover documentation.
Help ensure project information is accurate, organised, and clearly communicated.
What we are looking for
Degree or experience in statistics, business analytics, commercial analysis, economics, data analysis, business information systems, project coordination, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Good numerical and analytical thinking, with the ability to work with business data, reports, and metrics.
Basic understanding of AI and interest in its application in business, data analysis, automation, or enterprise systems.
Clear and organised communication style.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Responsible, proactive, and comfortable following up on tasks.
Able to work with different teams and ask questions when requirements are unclear.
Coding experience is not required, but you should be willing to learn basic product, data, and technical concepts.
Nice to have
Internship or work experience in business analysis, data analysis, commercial analysis, consulting, project coordination, product, or client service.
Experience working with spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, business metrics, or simple data analysis.
Exposure to AI tools, data projects, CRM, BI, automation, or digital solution projects.
Experience preparing presentations, reports, meeting notes, or client-facing documents.
Basic understanding of statistical concepts such as correlation, regression, segmentation, forecasting, or A/B testing.
