At Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas, Junior Staff serve on the front lines of life transformation… walking daily with women who are finding freedom from addiction and growing in their relationship with Christ.
You’ll have the opportunity to disciple students, lead Bible studies, pray with them, and speak into their lives daily. This role is hands-on, relational, and deeply meaningful.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Bible studies and times of prayer
- Lead the women at Work Crews & outreaches
- Disciple and mentor students daily
- Build relationships that encourage growth and accountability
- Assist with daily program operations and activities
- Participate in outreach, chapel, and campus events
- Help maintain a structured, Christ-centered environment
Requirements
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and spiritual maturity
- Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
- Heart for people struggling with addiction
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to complete Biblical Counseling training
- Strong communication and relational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and stay organized
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
