Junior Structural Engineer (Fixed Term 12 months)
The Opportunity
Assist in the delivery of engineering projects by completing clearly defined tasks under supervision, ensuring work is accurate, timely, and meets required standards. Contribute to team objectives through effective communication, collaboration, and proactive work management in a worksharing environment, while developing professional and technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake assigned engineering tasks under supervision
Deliver work that is accurate and meets required project standards and timelines
Follow established processes, templates, and instructions
Work collaboratively with team members to support project delivery
Communicate clearly on progress, issues, and timelines
Escalate issues or uncertainties to supervisor in a timely manner
Contribute to team objectives through reliable and consistent performance
Participate in training and development to build technical and professional skills
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant discipline)
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is essential, with the ability to communicate clearly in a professional environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good communication and organisational skills
Willingness to learn and develop
Internship or relevant industry experience (desirable)
1–2 years of relevant working experience is desirable; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
