Junior Supply Chain Engineer

What you'll do

• Implement all processes and measures defined by the Outbound Operations Coordination Directorate in the assigned warehouses, guaranteeing their correct deployment.

• Audit the processes and procedures implemented in the assigned warehouses, ensure their compliance, and report feedback on them, generating continuous improvement actions in the centers.

• Control deviations in the KPIs defined by the Outbound Operations Coordination Directorate, as well as propose new custom KPIs for their assigned warehouses.

• Resolve incidents and provide support to the warehouses as an advanced user, acting as the liaison figure with IT.

• Train warehouse operators on any process defined by the Outbound Operations Coordination Center of Excellence.

• Implement expansions, new center openings, migrations, and system updates following the "turnkey" methodology.

• Draft procedures and user manuals regarding the different processes and procedures, so that any user can have access to this information.

Requirements

• Higher degree in Engineering is essential, preferably in Industrial Organization. English is a plus.
• Knowledge of Processes and Tools:

• Excel (pivot table and formula level).

• Databases such as Access or SQL (user level).

• ERP such as SAP or similar (user level).

• Valuable knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI to analyze large volumes of data and prepare reports and dashboards.

• Intermediate knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement.

• Basic knowledge of project management. Business and market knowledge: Advanced knowledge of warehouse processes. Functional: +1 year of experience in the logistics field. Valuable experience in logistics departments or related to continuous process improvement.
