What you'll actually do
- Handle our Polish, English, and Czech-speaking customers’ requests via e-mail and live chat with the highest level of customer service.
- Deal with technical issues reported by our customers (including a technical analysis of the configuration of Profitroom's products).
- Represent the company while interacting with our customers and partners.
- Cooperate internally with other company departments to resolve customers’ queries.
Requirements

- Language skills - excellent command of Polish, English, and Czech in both speech and writing.
- Customer focus - empathy and passion for helping others; you look for opportunities to exceed customers' expectations.
- Resilience - patience and ability to work under time pressure so we can help our customers as smoothly as possible.
- Computer proficiency - quick typing and navigation between different tools.
- Clear communication - ability to explain complex functionalities in an understandable and easy way.
- Team player attitude - you’ll collaborate within the team to serve our customers.
- Adaptability - an open mind and readiness to learn new things constantly and adjust to changes.

- Industry knowledge - previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Prior experience - experience in a similar position or customer support.
