Junior Sushi Chef

Japanese omakase restaurant in Orchard is hiring a Junior Sushi Chef.
Responsibilities: assist the sushi chef with fish preparation, sushi rice and mise en place, prepare sashimi and sushi under supervision, maintain counter cleanliness, ensure food hygiene and safety.
Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in a Japanese or sushi kitchen preferred, keen to learn, responsible, high hygiene standards. Able to work 6 days, 44 hours a week.
