Overview

Our client is looking for a Junior Fullstack System Analyst to support the design, development and enhancement of enterprise applications. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable web and mobile solutions while ensuring system stability and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design technical solutions for application enhancements and new initiatives.
• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using React Native, React.js, Node.js or Java Spring Boot technologies.
• Lead and support junior developers in system enhancement projects and production issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot application issues independently, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, offshore teams and project stakeholders throughout the Agile development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience in React Native with Node.js, or React.js with Java Spring Boot.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform technical analysis independently.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and participating in medium-scale application enhancement projects.
• Good communication skills in English and native-level Cantonese, with experience collaborating with offshore teams being advantageous.
