That's why we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire talented people.

If you believe that the right people make a difference and enjoy helping them find opportunities where they can grow and succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

Due to our hybrid working model, we are looking for candidates based in Szczecin or the surrounding area, with availability to work from the office 2 days weekly.

Your Role & Your Team

You will support the Global Business Services team (GBS) located in Szczecin, Poland, where approximately 200 provides services to the global Embla Medical organization. You will also work closely with our locations in Germany and other Eastern European countries.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting pre-boarding activities.

You will attract talent through different channels, including job boards, social media and networking, while also carrying out talent mapping to support future hiring needs.

As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain candidate data, coordinate with interim agencies when needed, and work closely with HR and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the process. You will also have the opportunity to explore recruitment strategies related to campus recruitment.

You will join our Talent Acquisition team, which consists of four team members spread across Europe. In this role, you will collaborate with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence such as Payroll and Total Rewards, and Business Managers. You will report to the European Talent Acquisition Manager based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

What do you need to succeed:

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in an international or corporate environment.

  • Good understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing methods and market trends.

  • Experience in recruiting specialist roles; direct search experience would be an advantage.

  • Fluency in English and Polish; German would be an advantage.

  • Confidence in using recruitment tools and maintaining candidate data accurately.

  • Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Openness to working with international stakeholders and exploring new talent markets.

  • Experience with campus recruitment would be a plus.

What makes this role stand out is…

...the trust, autonomy, and ownership it offers. You will have room to shape your own way of working, independently drive recruitment processes, and have a real impact on how we attract and hire talent across the organization. At the same time, you will be part of a supportive and experienced team with broad expertise, where people openly share knowledge, work closely together, and collaborate across countries.
