Job Responsibilities:

Perform basic installation, setup, and commissioning of commercial coffee machines
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning
Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
Respond to customer service requests and provide on‑site technical support
Document service activities, parts usage, and machine status in service reports
Support warehouse tasks such as machine preparation, testing, and configuration before delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ level / ITE/ NiTEC
Possession of a valid Class 3 licence is an advantage
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
