Salary: £27,000 - 33,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Candidates must have good spoken and written English.
- We require a strong desire to learn new technologies.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of the internet, its structure and basic networking, including TCP/IP protocols and applications.
- Candidates must be able to troubleshoot simple technical issues quickly and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Some experience installing and managing server hardware is preferable but not essential.
- A minimum of 12–18 months experience in technical support or a similar role is desirable.
- Candidates should be able to work well in a busy team, learn quickly and handle a wide range of issues.
- We expect the successful candidate to manage and monitor our ticketing system, including support requests and access requests.
- The role involves troubleshooting technical issues and assessing and prioritising faults, responding to them or escalating them as appropriate.

We provide managed hosting, colocation and network services, with securely operated data centres across the South East, including London. This full-time Junior Technical Support Engineer role is based permanently at our Enfield (North London) data centre, with occasional visits to another data centre. It is a one-year fixed-term contract with possible extension, paying £27,000–£33,000 per annum depending on experience, knowledge and capabilities. The five-days-out-of-seven rota is primarily made up of night and weekend shifts.
