Junior Technical Support

Job Description:

• Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of coffee machines at customer sites
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning procedures, and basic troubleshooting
• Support senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing machine issues
• Conduct functional checks to ensure machines operate according to standards
• Prepare service reports and update job records accurately
