About this role
If you have a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, we'll help you turn that foundation into real-world expertise.
You don't need to know our product inside-out before you join. From application architecture, client-server fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodology to logs and SQL, we'll teach you what you need to succeed through structured onboarding, hands-on learning, and the support of experienced colleagues. We believe the best way to learn is by doing, with the right guidance every step of the way.
From day one, you'll be paired with a dedicated buddy and become part of a genuinely international team, collaborating with colleagues and clients across multiple countries and time zones as part of our global "Follow the Sun" support model.
This is more than an entry-level role, it's the beginning of a long-term career. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll have a clear path from Junior Technical Support Specialist to Support Specialist and beyond, with opportunities to develop both functional and technical expertise and shape your career in the direction that suits you best.
What you'll do
Learn & Support
Learn our product architecture and the technical concepts behind it, supported by a structured training plan and a dedicated buddy.
Handle first-level technical questions and configuration inquiries, escalating more complex issues to senior team members as you build your expertise.
Help investigate application issues and error messages under guidance from experienced Support Specialists.
Grow into troubleshooting
Gradually take on log analysis, root-cause investigation, and reproduction of complex cases as your product knowledge develops.
Get hands-on exposure to SQL, relational databases, and client-server fundamentals, with training provided.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Professional Services, and Cloud Operations to see how functional and technical issue resolution come together.
Contribute & build experience
Contribute to our internal knowledge base and client-facing documentation as a way of consolidating what you learn.
Take part in cross-functional initiatives to improve support processes and product features.
Once ramped up, join the rotation supporting our global "Follow the Sun" model (with full training and support before any on-call responsibility) — working alongside teams across different regions to keep our clients supported around the clock.
Why we should decide on you
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline — recent graduates are very welcome to apply.
No prior professional experience required; internships or academic projects touching software, data, or systems are a plus but not a must.
Genuine curiosity about software troubleshooting, systems, and enterprise applications — we'll teach you the rest.
Strong analytical mindset with a good affinity for logic and structured problem-solving.
Comfortable with, or curious about, SQL, relational databases, and log analysis — training provided.
Good communication skills in English (B2/C1), written and verbal.
Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, or client-server architecture; familiarity with Linux, Windows, Git, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus, not a requirement.
Comfortable working with colleagues and clients across different countries, cultures, and time zones as part of a global team.
Willingness to grow into occasional on-call/weekend coverage over time, as part of a global rotation — not required from day one.
