What you'll do:
You will manage qualified leads from travel professionals, leveraging our preferred partnerships with Virtuoso, Serendipians, and major travel groups to design and sell tailor-made itineraries. Your role is to understand client needs, select the right mix of hotels, experiences, and logistics, and deliver accurate, compelling proposals that align with budgets, supplier availability, and internal sales targets. Once confirmed, you will oversee the full production process—you will oversee the production process until completion of the trip, supported by our quality control and finance departments, to ensure every detail is executed seamlessly through trip completion.
Location: Open to LATAM, Africa, and European-based candidates; Either on-site or remote (on-site is preferred)
We have offices in Barranquilla, Colombia; São Paulo, Brazil; and Casablanca / Marrakesh, Morocco.
Who we’re looking for:
Freshly graduated or needing a change of path, you have great communication skills, you are at ease with any basic computer usage, and you feel that you are a sales closer. Often, you planned travel for family or friends... and you enjoyed every bit of it. You are not afraid to dispatch your work hours to fit the availability of your clientele. More importantly, you want a job which is fun and makes a difference in the life of people.
Multiple languages are a plus, such as French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, and German, but being skilled at generating enthusiasm in English might do the trick!
Humble, eager to learn and have a positive attitude.
Sales experience
Obsessed with discovery and have a strong interest in travel culture.
Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Resourceful, proactive, and “street smart” when researching destinations, suppliers, and client preferences.
A fast learner with tech savvy products (HubSpot CRM, Travefy Itinerary builder, Google workspace, etc.)
Customer service oriented and an excellent communicator (Spoken and written).
Demonstrates accountability, discretion, and a high personal standard of work.
Not afraid of challenges and being a team player.
