TEAM AND ROLE:

Join our Treasury team and help support the day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly. You'll work closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business, gaining exposure to cash management, forecasting, reporting, and Treasury processes.

As a Junior Treasury Analyst, you'll support core Treasury activities while developing a broad understanding of how the business operates. This is an opportunity to learn quickly, take ownership, and build a strong foundation in Treasury within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Treasury operations, including daily cash management, FX transaction processing, and reconciliation activities.
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting and help monitor the company's liquidity position.
  • Prepare and maintain internal and external Treasury reporting, including presentations for senior/C-level management and lender reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and the business to support Treasury processes and projects.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent early-career experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and a genuine curiosity to understand how business processes and financial information connect.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, solve problems, and seek guidance when needed.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, seek clarification when needed, and remain composed when priorities shift.
  • Good judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to challenge unusual situations and apply common sense.
