We are looking for a motivated Junior Valuer / Valuation Consultant to join our Singapore-based valuation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in quantity surveying, building surveying, engineering, construction management, cost estimating or asset valuation who wants to build a specialist international career.

The role
You will support valuation assignments from site survey through to final report, working alongside senior valuers and technical specialists. The role combines site inspections, client communication, research, analysis and report writing.
Key responsibilities
· Assist with site inspections, virtual surveys and desktop assessments throughout Singapore and internationally.
· Collect and review information on property, plant and equipment for insurance replacement cost assessments.
· Prepare valuation reports, appendices and supporting cost analysis for client review.
· Research plant, equipment and construction costs and share relevant findings with the valuation team.
· Work directly with clients to obtain technical information and respond to queries professionally.
· Coordinate with Operations on job status, schedules and project milestones.
· Support senior valuers with complex assignments, proposal inputs, report proofreading and quality checks.
· Maintain valuation databases and contribute to continuous improvement of templates, systems and internal processes.
About you
· A degree or diploma in quantity surveying, building surveying, engineering, construction management or a related field.
· Approximately two to five years’ relevant experience in cost estimating, cost engineering, quantity surveying, asset valuation or a similar technical role.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Clear, professional communication and report-writing ability.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
· A positive attitude, self-motivation and the confidence to work in a small but growing team.
· Willingness to travel internationally as required.
· Interest in working towards RICS, API, ASA or another relevant professional accreditation.
