Junior Vehicle Technician / Mechanic (£42k Basic | National Award-Winning Workshop | No Weekends)

Pay & Benefits

• Basic Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 basic per annum (Tailored structure aligned directly to your experience and skill level)
• Hours & Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM — STRICTLY ZERO WEEKENDS (Reclaim every single weekend completely)

Role Overview

Seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our team in Ashford (Orbital Park), carrying out routine servicing, mechanical repairs, MOT preparation, and vehicle maintenance across all major makes and models.

Requirements

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or solid time-served workshop experience).
• Experience: Proven track record in mechanical servicing, general repairs, and electronic fault diagnostics.
• Mindset: Positive team attitude, reliability, high attention to detail, and pride in delivering 5-star workmanship.
• Essentials: Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

• Road Links: Strategic location with instant access directly off the M20 (Junction 10/10A) and key Kent transport routes.
