Junior Warehouse Supervisor
Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a small team, and ensure KPIs for inbound/outbound logistics are met in a Singapore-based warehouse.
Salary up to $3000
Working days: Monday - Friday (9am- 530pm), Alternate Saturday (9am-1pm)
Location: Jurong East - Company transport provided at JE, BL, CCK
Job Description:
- Experience in managing a team.
- Supervise & lead a Section within the Department to achieve organisational goals in fulfilling customer’s satisfaction level.
- Assume responsibility as leaders for improvement projects.
- Liaise with customer for resolving operational issues.
- Provide guidance to junior staff(s)/new hires familiarisation in achieving warehouse operations target.
- Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
