We are seeking Junior Workday Financial Consultants in Thessaloniki to join our dynamic team. You’ll build a strong foundation in core finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash), learn how these are supported in Workday, and gain exposure to configuration concepts and data structures. Working on scenarios inspired by real projects for European and global clients, you’ll help align technology with finance processes to create seamless solutions.

Through this short term contract, you’ll gain valuable insights into the key components of the Workday Financials platform, using modern tools and structured consulting methodologies.

What We're Looking For

If you’re a graduate or early career professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for finance, technology and problem solving, you may be the perfect fit for this role.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

• Communication Skills: Excellent command of English.

• Finance & Process Knowledge: Understanding of basic financial concepts (e.g. general ledger, invoices, reconciliations) and interest in finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).

• Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; familiarity with Excel and data handling. Experience with ERP/financial systems or SQL is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, while also working independently when needed.

• Growth Mindset: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement throughout the bootcamp; openness to feedback.
