Pay: 21–$24/hr average ($11 + Profit Share + Tips)

Overview:
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is filling a Junk Removal and Sales position! This role is perfect for someone with sales experience who wants to stay active, work outdoors, and earn based on performance. You’ll meet customers face-to-face, provide pricing, and close sales on the spot—while working with a team to complete the job.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site estimates and close sales with customers
- Deliver excellent customer service on every job
- Safely lift, carry, and load items into trucks
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Represent the company in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver’s license & 21+
Schedule:
- Full-time availability required
- 5 Days a Week (4 Weekdays + Sat or Sun)
