About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and people - centric HR Manager to build and strengthen JustAct's people function. The role will be responsible for attracting and retaining high - quality talent, ensuring statutory and HR compliance, and fostering a high - performance, values - driven culture that supports our rapid growth.

The ideal candidate is proactive, execution - oriented, and passionate about building an organization where great people thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategies to support business growth.

- Drive employee onboarding, performance management, career development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.

- Build and strengthen a high - performance, values - driven culture through employee engagement, recognition, and people development programs.

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and HRMS to create a scalable people function.

- Lead end - to - end talent acquisition across business, technology, operations, and leadership functions, ensuring timely hiring of high - quality talent.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, payroll processes, HR documentation, and internal governance requirements.

- Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, conflict resolution, and people management best practices.

- Design and execute learning and development initiatives to build leadership capabilities and enhance employee effectiveness.

- Track and analyze HR metrics including hiring, attrition, engagement, productivity, and retention, providing actionable insights to leadership.

- Drive continuous improvement in HR operations, employer branding, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred

- Experience in a technology, SaaS, startup, or professional services organization will be an added advantage
