(K) Quality Engineer (ISO/NPI)
Summary
Quality Engineer audits suppliers, qualifies materials, and enforces ISO standards to prevent defects and ensure compliance.

Your Responsibilities: -
- Qualify, audit, and evaluate new and existing suppliers, managing agreements and driving material/supplier performance improvements.
- Oversee new material qualification with cross-functional teams and resolve material defects using SCAR system corrective actions.
- Implement incoming/outgoing inspection standards, lead Material Review Board (MRB) meetings, and manage timely CAPA closures and customer complaint investigations.
- Maintain ISO system documentation (9001, 14001, 13485) and plan/conduct internal and external audits to ensure audit readiness and continuous improvement.
You will need: -
- Min. 1 years of relevant working experience
- Possess knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 quality system
- Proficient in core quality tools, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and GR&R
- Skilled in structured problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D and 5-Why
