Overview
The Graduate Trainee will support the execution of Asset Management activities within Group Technology under the IT Lifecycle and Optimization section. This role focuses on fostering a strong compliance culture across the organization, streamlining IT Asset Management governance, and collaborating on quality evaluations to maintain operational integrity and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
IT Asset Management: Ensure timely monthly IT Asset inventory updates from HLBB and Regional offices.
Automation & Governance: Streamline or automate governance and oversight for IT Asset Management across HLBB and Regional countries.
Asset Onboarding: Collaborate with the Infrastructure team on systematic asset onboarding and documentation, validating interim manual data until full automation is achieved on the Centralization Asset Management Tool.
Quality Assurance: Participate in evaluating quality inspection outcomes, prioritizing gaps, and proposing corrective measures to uphold service excellence.
Organizational Engagement: Display teamwork and actively participate in all projects, assignments, and initiatives rolled out by HLB Group Technology.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduate with a strong academic foundation in IT Asset Management, IT Risk, or Compliance (or equivalent experience through internships/coursework).
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT guidelines, standards, and governance best practices, paired with a keen interest in building a career within financial services and banking.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
