Citi is seeking an experienced Kafka as-a-Service (KaaS) App & Infra Operations engineer to ensure robust operation, stability, and scalability of our Kafka product offering across the bank. You will work in a DevSecOps model, providing L1/L2 support, monitoring, and coordinating changes and releases.
You will collaborate with platform engineering, act as liaison to tenants, and drive efficiency improvements. A strong background in Unix, Kafka ecosystem, and monitoring tools is essential.
