Kathmandu: Senior Graphic Designer

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll create thoughtful, on-brand creative solutions that bring Kathmandu's story to life across digital, social, retail, e-commerce, print and video channels.

You'll partner closely with the Creative Lead and wider marketing team to develop and deliver integrated campaigns, manage multiple projects, and ensure every piece of creative work reflects the quality and spirit of the Kathmandu brand.

You will:

Develop creative concepts and design solutions from brief through to final execution.
Create engaging campaigns across digital, social, retail, e-commerce and print.
Produce high-quality artwork with exceptional attention to detail.
Deliver strong typography, layout and design that aligns with the Kathmandu brand.
Collaborate with marketers, writers, producers and creative partners.
Adapt creative for different markets, audiences and channels.
Present ideas confidently and explain design rationale to stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Support and mentor other designers while helping maintain high creative standards.
Keep up to date with trends across design, retail, culture and technology.
Work with external agencies and creative partners when required.

What We’re Looking For…
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have 5+ years' experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
Have a strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding design craft and creative thinking.
Are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Have experience creating work across both digital and print channels.
Understand how to build engaging creative that connects with customers.
Are confident presenting ideas and collaborating with stakeholders.
Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Are curious about emerging creative tools, including AI and design technology.
Have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for great design.
