客服代表 Customer Success Representative (German) – Taipei

1. Responsible for and assist inside sales process customer orders and shipping arrangements.
負責及協助內部業務處理訂單及安排理貨。

2. Ensure all data in all systems are correct, submitted before due time and properly maintained.
確保所有系統資料正確、於期限前完成及因需求及時修訂。

3. Work with our sales team members to maintain existing customers (assigned by supervisors).
與業務團隊合作服務現有客戶（由主管指派）。

4. Liaise with European customers and handle their inquiries and requests.
負責與歐洲客戶聯繫，並處理其相關詢問及需求。
