客戶服務主任 (歡迎保險從業員)

Your role:

• Handle inbound and written inquiries from customers such as policy application status, product information, claims issues, etc
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely and professional service to customers
• Handle and resolve the problem cases independently
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• HKCEE / DSE or above in any disciplines
• Holder of valid IIQE Paper 1 & 3 will be an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in retails sales, customer service, or insurance industry, with at least 1 year in Employee Benefits preferred
• Shift duty is required (No overnight shift)
