Job Summary:
Responsible for reliability validation and qualification of server products throughout the product development lifecycle. Work closely with design, quality, manufacturing, and customer teams to ensure products meet reliability, performance, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reliability and validation test plans for server platforms.
• Conduct EVT, DVT, HALT, thermal, vibration, shock, environmental, and long-duration stress testing.
• Lead DFMEA, reliability risk assessments, and Design for Reliability (DfR) activities.
• Analyze test results, identify failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Generate validation reports and support customer qualification requirements.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, thermal, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve product robustness and reliability.
• Support lab operation, test automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Reliability, or related Engineering disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience in server/system validation, reliability engineering, or product qualification.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, MTBF, HALT/HASS, environmental testing, and failure analysis.
• Familiar with server architecture, thermal management, and data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with AI Server, Storage, Networking, or Data Center products.
• Familiarity with JEDEC, IPC, IEC, or Telcordia reliability standards.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce toil.
