Things You Will Do

1. Brand & Channel Marketing Execution
Support planning and execution of annual brand campaigns (product launches, medical conferences, social media, in-store and PR events).
Produce marketing materials and presentations to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, and provide optimization suggestions.
Initiate campaign topics and content planning.
2. Marketing Materials & Production Coordination
Align material needs and coordinate schedules/quality with designers, editors, KOLs, and external vendors.
Maintain the asset library and usage records for consistent and efficient resource management.
3. Event & Project Support
Assist in planning and onsite execution of offline events (stores, medical conferences, partnerships).
Prepare project decks and tracking documents; support project coordination and meeting notes.
4. Marketing Performance Tracking & Data Reporting
Track digital marketing performance (views, engagement, conversion, etc.).
Compile monthly reports and propose improvement actions.

1.品牌與通路行銷執行
-協助規劃並執行品牌年度行銷活動（產品推廣、醫學會議、自媒體經營、門市活動、公關活動等）
-文宣、簡報與素材製作，確保行銷溝通一致性
-定期蒐集競品活動、市場趨勢資訊，提供品牌優化建議
-議題與素材策畫與發起
2.素材與製作人員協調
-協助統整行銷素材需求並與設計師／剪輯師／KOL／外包團隊溝通製作時程與品質
-管理素材庫與使用記錄，確保行銷內容一致與資源有效整合
3.活動與專案支援
-支援實體活動（門市、醫學會、異業合作等）之規劃與現場執行
-製作行銷專案簡報、進度追蹤文件，協助專案管理與會議記錄
4.行銷效益追蹤與數據統整
-協助追蹤數位行銷成效（如影片觀看、互動率、進店轉換率等）
-撰寫每月行銷成效報告，提供優化建議

<What We're Looking for on Your Resume>

*Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing promotion or project management within the healthcare industry, medical devices, or health supplements.
*Familiar with brand visual guidelines and collaboration workflows; able to work smoothly with agencies, designers, and editors.
*Proficient in basic marketing analytics tools (e.g., Meta, Google, etc.).
*Strong communication and coordination skills; able to handle multiple tasks and adapt flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
