<Why We Have This Role>
You will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of products within the group. Communicating with customers about the status of product inspections, repairs, and maintenance will be a core part of your role. Additionally, you will handle calibration of store instruments, showcasing your expertise and problem-solving skills.

<How You'll Find Success>
You will enhance product operation efficiency, ensure high-quality service, and improve customer satisfaction. Mastery of high-magnification microscope welding techniques, precise instrument calibration, and achieving service targets will contribute significantly to the company's success.

<How You Grow>
You will develop technical expertise, including high-magnification microscope operation and product welding skills. There will be opportunities to deepen your system operation and data maintenance capabilities, as well as improve your customer communication and problem-solving skills.

<Things You Will Do>
1.Product Maintenance & Repair: Perform testing, routine maintenance, and repair services for group products.
2.System & Data Management: Operate internal systems and maintain accurate records/data.
3.Microscopic Precision Welding: Execute product soldering/welding under high-power microscopes (must be comfortable working with magnification tools).
4.Direct Customer Service: Engage directly with end-users to explain product diagnostic, repair, and maintenance statuses.
5.Technical Support: Address and resolve technical inquiries raised by retail store staff.
6.KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed service performance targets.
7.Project Execution: Carry out company initiatives and complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
