Summary
Pharmacy assistant handles inventory, stock checks, and FIFO ordering in a hospital pharmacy, working 42 hours weekly with staggered shifts.
Working Hours: 42 hours / week, including 1 weekend every alternate week. Staggered hours between 8 am to 8 pm.
Requirements:
- Receive, unpack and check deliveries against the appropriate documents, to ensure that items supplied are correct and accounted for
- Perform stock receipts and issues strictly in FIFO order
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory stock in the areas of work
- Other duties as directed by supervisor
