Key Account Executive - IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics)
About the Role
Uni-medical Healthcare Ltd Nigeria, a subsidiary of Unigloves Singapore and one of the largest manufacturers of disposable cross-infection control products, is seeking a Key Account Executive - IVD responsible for delivering profitable revenue growth, structured market expansion, analyser placement strategy, and reagent annuity development within the assigned territory. The role carries full commercial accountability for revenue performance, pipeline governance, margin protection, and professional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve 100%+ of assigned monthly revenue targets and 25–30% year-on-year revenue growth
- Maintain approved gross margin thresholds; drive recurring reagent revenue from installed analyzers
- Manage a minimum of 15 active strategic accounts with documented growth plans and decision-maker mapping
- Secure commercially viable analyzer placements aligned with reagent pull-through expectations
- Monitor monthly consumption and escalate underperforming accounts
- Maintain a healthy pipeline with 100% quarterly forecast accuracy and CRM compliance
- Conduct structured needs assessments and present professional commercial proposals
- Acquire new strategic accounts quarterly and expand into underserved markets
- Develop government, PPP, and institutional opportunities
- Maintain executive-level communication and comply with pricing/contracting processes
- Submit required weekly/monthly reports and reduce repeat complaints by 30%
