Key Account Executive (Logistics Project PIC)

* Serve as the main point of contact for the key accounts ,ensuring high-quality service and timely responses to all enquiries.

* Manage customer's shipments, coordinate closely with internal teams, and provide effective logistics solutions.

* Handle customer's complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to ensure continuous business support and service excellence.

* Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service levels are met or exceeded.

* Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery.

* Prepare reports and updates for management on account performance and service issues.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

* Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

* Executive level: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service/logistics.

* Senior Executive level: Minimum 4-6 years of experience, preferably managing key or corporate accounts.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

* Problem-solving mindset with attention to details.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry.

* Ability to manage high-value or VIP accounts, example like Solar, Construction, Oil & Gas project etc
