Key Account Manager (all genders)
- Act as the main contact for key merchants, coordinating continuously between internal tech/ product teams and merchant needs to build strong, long-term relationships
- Conduct regular reviews and collaborative workshops with key merchants to showcase performance metrics, introduce new AI capabilities, and strengthen the partnership
- Identify growth opportunities across your portfolio and align commercial strategies accordingly—driving upsells, cross-sells, and expanding asset volume (e.g., expanding from core product shots to lifestyle imagery or localized marketing assets)
- Escalation & Issue Resolution: Proactively handle escalations and resolve operational, technical, or contractual issues in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ Years of Account Management Experience ideally within an e-commerce, fashion, or SaaS context
- A positive, convincing presence with strong enthusiasm and confident communication skills - capable of resolving escalations and inspiring stakeholders across all hierarchy levels
- A strong intuition for our target audience and a deep understanding of the brand's radiance, appeal, and positioning in the visual/AI market
- Familiarity with commercial e-commerce workflows and a strong interest or baseline understanding of generative AI visual creation tools
- Capable of resolving sensitive contractual or operational bottlenecks with a client-first mindset
- Fluent German and English skills
