Key Account Manager, APAC
Make an impact. Own the customer experience. Make things happen.
InVue is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Key Account Manager to support our APAC partners and customers. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and knows how to move quickly when priorities change or deadlines are tight.
You’ll be the key liaison between customers, Sales, and internal InVue teams, managing customer relationships while coordinating orders, supply, product needs, and customer projects. You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and will be trusted to use good judgment, anticipate issues, and find solutions before they become problems.
What You’ll Do
- Own a portfolio of APAC customer and partner accounts and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Respond to customer needs with urgency, including short-notice requests and changing priorities.
- Manage the end-to-end order process, including order entry, changes, inventory, supply planning, and forecasting.
- Lead customer projects involving new products, deployments, configurations, and installations.
- Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Product, Technical, Warehouse, and other teams to solve problems and deliver on commitments.
- Identify potential issues early and take action to keep customers and projects on track.
- Develop strong product knowledge and use customer and market insights to identify opportunities and improve service.
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or customer service within a technical or B2B environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent English required; Japanese, Chinese, or Korean is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and work effectively across multiple teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Excel; Salesforce, AS400, ERP, inventory, or demand planning experience is a plus.
You’ll Thrive at InVue If You…
Take ownership. Move quickly. Think ahead. Use good judgment.
You’re comfortable working independently, but know when to collaborate. You hold yourself to a high standard, can meet the expectations of demanding customers and hiring managers, and take pride in delivering an experience that makes customers want to work with InVue again.
If you’re a solutions-oriented professional who enjoys making things happen and exceeding customer expectations, we’d love to hear from you.
